(Adds detail) Oct 27 (Reuters) – Former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue has postponed Tuesday’s scheduled appeals on the New Orleans Saints bounty case, the league’s official website reported on Saturday. No reason was given but the appeals were set to be heard in Washington D.C., which is bracing itself for the arrival of Hurricane Sandy. Four Saints players – Jonathan Vilma, Scott Fujita, Will Smith and Anthony Hargrove – were initially suspended in May for their roles in allegedly deliberately trying to injure opponents for bonus money. …
