No. 19 Memphis beats Northern Iowa in Bahamas
Chris Crawford and Joe Jackson, two of Memphis' better players who had been struggling, scored 18 and 15 points, respectively, and the 19th-ranked Tigers avoided losing all three games in the Battle 4 Atlantis, beating Northern Iowa 52-47 on Saturday.
No. 3 Georgia blows out hapless Ga. Tech 42-10
Aaron Murray threw two touchdown passes, Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall each ran for a pair of TDs, and No. 3 Georgia stayed right in the thick of the national championship race with a 42-10 rout of Georgia Tech on Saturday.
