Alpine skiing-Hirscher wins Moscow City Event
MOSCOW, Jan 29 (Reuters) – Austria’s Marcel Hirscher won a men’s World Cup City Event (parallel slalom) on Tuesday. Hirscher beat Sweden’s Andre Myhrer to the the top of the podium with Croatia’s Ivica Kostelic third. In the women’s competition, Germany’s Lena Duerr finished first ahead of Slovakia’s Veronika Velez Zuzulova. American Mikaela Shiffrin was third. (Reporting by Patrick Lang)
