MOSCOW, Nov 20 (Reuters) – Four Russian cities – Moscow, St Petersburg, Kazan and the Black Sea resort of Sochi – have been nominated to stage the 2017 Confederations Cup, the local organising committee (LOC) said on Tuesday.
